Film Washer Hose for Super System 4 Tanks is rated 4.1 out of 5 by 16.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for the home developer! I develop my black and white film at home. I had one batch turn out a bit yellow after the prescribed wash time and felt something a little more sophisticated might be in order. This little hose fit the bill at a fraction of the cost of a machine. The black end fits tight in the patterson cone and flushes from the bottom up. The water is changed quickly and the light pressure washes the film clean. I was very pleased with my clean negatives.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great Required some home depot adapters to use with standard kitchen/bathroom sink. I got a long tipped aerator for the kitchen/bathroom faucet that plugs down into the rubber end. I also needed the smallest hose clamp that home depot had for the small end to keep the hose on the tank adapter. $ worth of hardware makes this thing a truly required accessory.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fits Utility Sink Faucet I use this to wash my film in the Paterson Super System 4 Tanks. I attach it to my utility sink faucet that has a threaded end. I unscrew the threaded end and this hose will then fit on the faucet end. It is a tight fit, but does fit the standard utility type sink faucet fixture. I wish it was longer but it seems to be a good quality.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy, works well, faucet needs adapter Its a hose that fits in the top of Paterson tanks, what can I say, it works. Only downside is its a bit tough to use on conventional faucets without a bit of ingenuity. It looks like it was made to fit on a lab-style faucet tip (looks like a ridged cone, specifically made to have a hose fitted on the end).

Rated 2 out of 5 by from WAY to small for any of my faucets. Doesn't fit a single faucet in my very large house. It's to small by a lot. Was a. waste of $$. Looks like it would work well IF I could get a larger adapter for it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solves a problem I bought a MOD54 to develop 4X5 sheet film in my Paterson System 4 tanks. This piece minimizes film handling.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Doesn't work great for US based bathroom sinks May work well for a kitchen sink but for a bathroom sink it doesn't fit at least my sink. Seems to be designed to go over the spout instead of using a threaded end. I really like the idea though and might be able to modify it to work. Otherwise I've been using Ilford's suggestion on rinsing with less water.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works as expected I realize I could make a hose myself, but I wanted one that would not add contaminates to the film tank and more importantly would fit properly into my Paterson Universal tank. This hose does that very nicely. I do have to remove the filter screen from the sink tap (it flares out and is too big for the hose opening). The fit is snug on the tap, I may make the opening larger to reduce the strain on the tape when I'm installing it.
