Good enough but there is better...

I wrote a review of this about 2 years ago when I last purchased one. Just a few things to add. The one I purchased was defective and I had to exchange it. The coupler does not look like the photo, by the way. Pro-Co does not actually make these. They simply repackage a REAN branded connector; model NYS236. REAN is a division of Neutrik. These are better than HOSA but not nearly as good as Switchcraft.

Mac Daddy's Mobile Music out of Boise, Idaho. Bought five of these last week. Used them at a wedding over the Labor Day weekend. First one died when someone kicked through a cable in the grass. Second one out the package was DOA...the 1/4 cable wouldn't plug in. Not even going to unpackage the other three. They don't look like the picture...they are metal, and they look professional enough. Connections on the first one seemed tight and positive.
