This little phantom power supply is great. Very low noise (I can't tell that it adds any) and battery lasts an entire evening which is perfect for location recording. Built better than military specs. I'll bet it lasts the rest of my life.

I'm using this to power a Countryman e6i head-worn mic and feed the house PA. Two channels means I'll be able to get a barrel converter and power my 12v type-T 415 simultaneously. Great for situations where I'm working without a mixer or with a mixer that doesn't have phantom power. The unit is light, sturdy and the battery couldn't be easier to access and replace.

What is the type/size of the power jack and is it threaded for a locking DC connection?
This uses a 3.5mm plug at 7-12 volts with tip positive.
