Is this a center - or END section? It appears that it's the center (no mounting holes at one end) but I can't tell from the photo.

Does this work with JTL 900 stands?
This would be a cross bar extension for the Photek 12' Four Section Positive Locking Background Crossbar B&H # PHCB12K, which then can be used on JTL light stands that should have a 5/8 stud on top and the Delta 1 5/8 Female to 3/8 Male Adapter - 1-1/4 Aluminum B&H # DELSA58F38M mounted on the studs.
