Will the Hosa Technology DBK-103 cable work with VISCA cameras as a cheaper alternative to products like the TecNec VISCA Camera Control Cable?

The Hosa Technology DBK-103 9-Pin D-Sub Female to Mini-Din 8-Pin Male Host Cable (3 ft), BH #HOPCH9FD8M3, will fit. However, I couldn't say whether or not it will work, as the pins are arranged specifically for synthesizers.

If the wiring pin out is the same, in theory, yes it would but this cable is generally used for older music synths for Sysex and Midi data.
