The JVC TK-C920U camera records in color under ambient light and will automatically switch to B&W mode when it gets dark providing dependable video surveillance 24-hours. In either mode the camera maintains a high resolution of 540 TV lines. The camera is also super light sensitive with low light capabilities of 0.7 lux in color mode and 0.48 lux in B&W mode. A host of controls are built-in to enable the camera to self adjust and meet practically any light levels and lighting sources.
White Balance: ensures uniform color under different light sources such as sunlight and fluorescent light.
Back-Light Compensation: enables proper exposure when the background is brightly lit preventing the subject image from appearing as a silhouette.
Auto Gain Control: electronically enhances pixel illumination under very low levels.
