The Electro-Voice CDP-848AT is a 30-watt compound diffraction projector, with a 70.7V/100V line matching transformer, for use in paging installations. The compound diffraction design allows for more uniform dispersion throughout the frequency range. This wide-range, integrated horn-and-driver system deploys a single driver fitted to a pair of coaxial horns, each coupled to opposite sides of the driver diaphragm.
The weather-resistant gray enclosure of the CDP-848AT is equipped with a swiveling U-bracket, and provides a 150° x 110° horizontal and vertical coverage pattern.
