Pro Tools M-Powered 7.4 software from M-Audio introduces exciting new features and enhancements to Pro Tools software, delivering significantly expanded MIDI and audio recording and editing capabilities, greater mixing power and flexibility, along with enhanced efficiency and improved ease of use.

The biggest feature is Elastic Audio which allows the user to treat audio as if it were MIDI with absolutely no constraints on the tempo of the original. For musicians, composers and music producers, Elastic Time makes loop-based music creation faster and more imaginative. For post-production editors and engineers, the feature makes it easy to stretch or squeeze audio tracks to fit video time frames, using high-quality algorithms that make the time manipulation virtually undetectable.

The software now includes Structure Free, Digidesign's powerful sample player, along with an included sound library. ReWire functionality has also been expanded. This package provides the full functionality of M-Powered Pro Tools 7.4 software and does not require a previous version.

Adjust the Window and Decay parameter on each track to achieve the best results
Make quick rhythmic fixes or creatively explore grooves and styles using Grid and Groove Quantize, which now works on MIDI and audio events in tandem
Ease CPU processing load by rendering tracks using Render mode
Use the Render and Commit option to work on Pro Tools 7.4 sessions with earlier versions of Pro Tools (replaces all Elastic Time-enabled regions with rendered audio files)
