Chief PDR Overview

View large flat panel displays up to 71" or 200 lbs. from any angle with the Chief PDR-UB Universal Dual Swing-Arm Wall Mount. This custom mounting solution swings out and extends up to 37" from the wall, collapsing to just 2-7/8" when in home position. The PDR-UB is wall-mounted, rugged, versatile, and installer-friendly. It has vertical, lateral and rotational tilt tension adjustments. Flat panel screens can be mounted in either the landscape or portrait position.

The PDR-UB is designed for fast installation. Next, the installer makes the height adjustment, installs the plasma screen, and routes the power/audio/video cables down the built-in path in the swing-out arms, completing the installation process.

The PDR-UB includes a universal interface bracket making it compatible with most flat panel displays from 42 to 71" or 200 lbs

Chief PDR Reviews

Super solid build, aesthetically pleasing design

Very impressed with the solid build. Plenty of adjustability. We got this particular mount because we needed to rotate the TV 90 deg when not watching, and Chief makes a rotating accessory that fits this mount. Great combo. The mounting mechanism makes it easy to lift a large TV and hook it to the mount. No holding steady while you try to align tiny screws without cross-threading; just lift into the slots and secure with the clever clicker bracket. Even has security features if you want to lock it down to prevent theft. Can't imagine a better wall mount. Not bad looking either.

Hail to the Chief

It's the Rolls of wall mounts at a great price - you can mount the side and center speakers - less wiring inside the walls and when you swivel the TV - the speaks also move - the best

question

Where do we get mounting guide for installation?
Asked by: Anonymous
There is no template provided for hole drilling. Not a big deal however IMO. However, what is a big deal is that the bracket is designed for 16 ( or is that 18 for normal spacing) center on center studs, not 24 . You can not mount this bracket into the wall board. Must mount into concrete, brick, or stud. I had to construct a base bracket to span 24 studs, then mount to bracket. The mount is the strongest device you will find for a TV. I have it fully extended with a 100lb flat screen, and the sound system attached.
