Have had a Chief PDR 2000 dual swing arm wall mount since 2006 that's been great. This is the 3rd screen and 3rd adapter plate I've purchased for the same wall mount. This new style is extremely versatile-hopefully it's the last adapter needed.
it's sturdy enough to hang our 65 Frame TV on a swivel mount. So that's the good news. it's constructed of very good material / very sturdy The drawbacks are all design related (not material): 1) the hex bolts used to secure the four separate pieces that make up the # shape are woefully too fragile. They are manufactured to work with a hex key (allen key) so small that any torque put on the bolts simply strips them. They'd be far better off using the type of machine bolts that require tightening from a socket wrench (with external hex, not internal hex). I can no longer remove this bracket from my TV as a result of stripping one of the hex bolts using the provided hex key. 2) The drill patterns that come as standard did NOT align with the horizontal center marks of the TV. This may sound unimportant, but essentially this means you're securing this bracket to the TV using only the rectangular strips (and not the circular holes). If you look carefully, the pattern resembles a morse code. The instructions suggest using the 'holes' instead of the 'strips' but i had no choice with my 65 Samsung Frame TV
