The VariZoom VZ-ROCK-PZFI is a zoom/focus/iris controller for Panasonic cameras with 2.5mm zoom/start/stop and 3.5mm focus/iris ports. It features matching 2.5 and 3.5mm connectors on an integrated 40" cable, and a brass clamp for attaching it to most tripods, jibs, stabilizers, and other camera supports.

No, the VariZoom VZ-ROCK-PZFI Zoom, Focus, and Iris Control for Select Panasonic Cameras will not work with the three Panasonic mirrorless cameras listed. It will only work with older Panasonic camcorder models that supported F.I.Z. Control, like the DVX200, as one idea. Currently there is no control solution like the PZFI for Panasonic mirrorless camera models.

If your camera has a 3.5 AND a 2.5mm jack then yes it will as it is designed for these Panasonic cameras. You need to have these two input jacks. So where they are, one will be focus and iris (2.5mm stereo) and the other will be the zoom (3.5mm stereo). Panasonic for some reason have their own system and LANC doesn't work.

The VariZoom VZ-ROCK-PZFI Zoom, Focus, and Iris Control for Select Panasonic Cameras (BH #VAVZROCKPZFI • MFR #VZ-ROCK-PZFI) is designed for Panasonic cameras, some of which require a 3.5mm LANC connection. For the Canon XA15, we'd recommend the VariZoom VZ-Rock Variable Rocker for LANC Camcorders (BH #VAVZROCK • MFR #VZ-ROCK).
