Meade NG-70 2.8"/70mm Refractor Telescope Kit

The Meade NG-70 is a simple, stable and easily-transported achromatic refractor telescope.

The NG-70 has a learning curve as easy as any non-computerized scope out there, making it a perfect 'starter scope' for beginners.  The NG-70 has recently been improved with a "Red Dot" finderscope which is awfully simple to use; simply center the illuminated pinpoint over your object of interest, and it will be within the scope's field of view.  The dot itself is easily seen without having to be immediately adjacent to the finderscope.
