The Otto Engineering V1-10611 Wireless Ear Receiver is an in-ear IFB or Surveillance monitoring earphone that secures in the right ear canal. It is meant to be used in conjunction with either the Otto Engineering Flat Pack Inductor, or Neck Loop-style Inductor, to create the inductive field that transmits the remote radios' sound to the Wireless Ear Receiver.

This receiver is equipped with squelch circuitry, which mutes the internal micro-amplifier during inactive periods, effectively removing the hiss often found in conventional wireless earpieces.

This is the third one I have bought from B&H. The first two were great. This one does not work all the time, when it dose it cracks & pops.

Would this work on a Motorola XPR 3500?

No, this needs to be used with an induction loop, which are not available for the XPR3500.
