Ideally this would be used in a studio to lock off important setting on important gear. But mine is situated on my desk so it acts as a perfect guard for wondering hands. But as my heading states it is not only a great cover it acts as a sticky note handler as well, so double purpose perfection. The only mod I did to the cover is put a small strip of felt tape along the top edge to it holds secure with no give or tapping on the glass to hear it tap on the metal behind.
Exactly what I was looking for. It fit nicely in place, the key turns smoothly. When the equipment behind it is turned on it looks even better
