Easy to install. Quiet. Lasts forever. I've used Mid Atlantic for years and don't have problems.
I mistakenly bought a similar fan from ...which was so noisy in my AV cabinet that I could hear it over the movie! This fan is pretty darn quiet, although not completely silent. I suggest adding a temperature-controlled on/off module, so it does not run constantly.
