A must have for Photogenic Power lights, to protect the $120.00 USD Flash Tube. Note: remember to remove the PLFTP Flash Tube Protector cover before you power on the light, or the protector cover will melt!!!

Looks like a minor item, no fancy or spectacular but is so important to protect your equipment, priceless

It's a Cap

It's a cap but how could you go wrong trying to protect your flash tubes. It fits on the monolight great. It sounds as if it would fall off but it is on there securely. You can't go wrong with it.

You should protect your bulbs with these. Just don't leave them on when the light is plugged in as they are prone to melting. That's why I had to buy another one.

Purchased to replace one that melted after not being taken off when the unit was turned on. No problems with it.
