The Yamaha YDP-213 is an 88-note, 64-voice polyphonic piano keyboard, with weighted action keys, and Graded Hammer Standard touch response, which faithfully emulates the feel of the upper and lower registers of an acoustic piano.
The YDP-213 keyboard is built into a handsome woodgrain walnut-finished cabinet, with a matching stand, which features twin 4.7" oval speakers powered by 6 watts per side of stereo amplification. The high quality sounds include a remarkable stereo sampled concert Grand Piano, and 5 other acoustic and electric instruments, mainly keyboards, enhanced by a built-in Reverb effects processor.
The YDP-213 is equipped with 3 pedals, offering the same expressive possibilities available on an acoustic instrument. Also provided are MIDI In, Out and Thru ports for composition, notation, and sound storage or downloading, and a set of 50 demo song presets, accompanied by a songbook.
