The Middle Atlantic HTX Star Post Screws are 3/4" long with 10-32 threads. For your convenience, each screw has a self-guiding pilot point to simplify installation. These screws come with installed nylon washers.

Easy to install with the MA star bit (which you have to purchase separately). These look good on the rack, and the idea of trying to remove something from the rack does not even cross your mind.
Could be a little to long for certain applications. E.g. in my case I had to cut them to length before I used them.
