The Matrix X from CME-pro is a multi-function unit, that has all the inputs and outputs needed to turn a computer with a built-in sound card or external stereo USB I/O, into a complete music production studio. It is also perfect for adding a microphone or guitar input to a digital piano or synthesizer which has external inputs.
The unit features a low-noise microphone preamp that provides 48V phantom power for use with condenser microphones, a Hi Z input for electric guitars and basses and a balanced stereo line input for external sources like synthesizers and digital pianos. Outputs include balanced stereo outputs for connecting to studio monitors and two separate headphone outputs. Each output has its own independent level control.
