The Bitstream 3X from Wave Idea and distributed by CME-Pro, is a programmable universal MIDI controller that offers a large number of controls of all types (sliders, knobs, buttons, joystick and ribbon controller) allowing comprehensive control of MIDI hardware or software.
Besides being a MIDI controller, the unit provides many of the necessary automation and modulation requirements for on-stage use, including an arppeggiator, LFO generator and motion sampler and the ability to automate the release of MIDI notes and events. Digital DJ's will appreciate the MIDI cross-fader and the eight track motion sampler that allows for recording the movements of the knobs, joystick, cross-fader and ribbon controller.
The Bitstream3X provides total hands on control of any DAW software and comes with 13,000 presets for various programs including Reason, Live, REAKTOR, TRAKTOR, ABSYNTH, Cakewalk and Cubase.
