How does inkjet print on the cd? Do insert the cd into the printer?
You'd have to have a printer that supports CD/DVD printing. I recommend the Epson XP-830. From there, you should be able to insert your disk, select your image file (assuming you already have the cover design), adjust & align your image for final printing onto the whitetop disk, and print away.

What is the difference between this item and B&H p/n VECDRIWH100 other than price ?
These allow printing to within about 1/8 of the center hole, whereas the others are printable only to about 3/4 to the center hole.
