How close do you have to be to the mic? How much noise does the mic isolate without additional isolation (foam, etc.)?
Hi Samuel, I typically prefer that singers be 9 to 20 inches from mic. I shoot videos for singer songwriters and it has a good look for on camera. cant answer your noise question sorry.
