Renaissance Flutes from Big Fish Audio is a sample CD containing a complete set of recorders. The bass, alto, tenor, soprano and sopranino recorders were played by one of Sweden's top flutists and recorded at Fascination Street Studios in Orebro, Sweden.
This set of recorders provides the possibility to perform classical recorder music, to explore the wonderful tone of the recorders or use the sounds as a great musical mood setter. The recorders were recorded chromatically, that is, all notes within the instruments' natural range.
There are no loops and each tone is held for about five seconds, that being the limit of how long a musician can normally hold a note without breathing.
