The EMP4S Electret Microphone Power Adapter from Ambient Recording allows hardwired use of a lavalier mic by converting phantom 48V to 5.6V electret power, and outputs an electronically balanced signal with low impedance. This adapter is designed for use with Shure, Beyerdynamic, and MIPRO microphones, and converts a 4-pin Switchcraft connector to a standard 3-pin XLR male connector.

Ambient Recording EMP4S Reviews
The solution for Shure wirless mics to wired
These work great. Requires phantom power, and makes all of my shure ta4 dpa overhead mics work perfectly with wired XLR connections.
Great for adapting to XLR
On the advice of the B&H audio support tech, I picked this up to adapt my Shure headset mic for my audio interface that I use for voice control on my computer. I didn't realize that you would need to change the power form for the microphone to operate properly, but this does the trick and produces a very clean sound (there's no longer a slight background electronic buzz that my XLR dynamic mic had even with mic booster and gain lowered). It's pricey but necessary and ultimately worth it for my use. Plus, it's cheaper than picking up even most used Shure transmitter and receiver packs and you don't even have to worry about batteries. So if you want to use a Shure-ending mic where you're stationary, this is probably what you want.
