I'm using a standard three-ring binder I bought at an office store. The archival sleeves come with several different hole patterns, so they fit most any binder.

It's the same, I just ordered some. 7 strips of 6 frames = 42 frames. And they fit inside the Safe-T-Binder. I just ordered more of those too but I have both next to me and they fit.

What are the sleeves made of?
Based on Google, they are made of Polyethylene which has been proven safe for long periods of time. They also have no PVC in them. I've been using them for years with no issues.
