Archival Storage Page for Slides, 35mm is rated 4.7 out of 5 by 39.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cover up those slides With an increase in digital photography it is difficult to find 35mm archival slide sheets in office equipment stores. Fortunately, Print File continues to make these sheets. Each sheet holds 20 35mm slides and the sheets easily fit in a three ring binder. The sheets have header for recording date, assignment and file number, a useful tool when submitting slides for publication. The sleeves are top-loading. which helps protect the slides when placing them in the holders. At the bottom of each slide holder is a space bar for recording image details or titles, another nice feature for storage, but not so useful when slides are taken out of their sleeves and replaced in different holders.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just like the old days only better Longer ago than most of you have been alive I bought 500 of these from some vendor way back then. Since I persist in using transparencies I have finally run out of that bunch. I ordered these because they seemed similar. They are similar in that they are made of some kind of vinyl but the rest is new, and far, far better. The others were ok but not necessarily archival. These are that, easy to mark for archiving and not as bulky making them easier to use. If you, like I, persist in using film transparencies for your archival needs, these are the ones to choose.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from These pages are perfect for storing slides Since I am going through and organizing hundreds and hundreds of old color 35mm slides, I needed archival grade sheet protectors to put them in. I couldn't find them anywhere and then tried B&Hand there they were! I bought a pack of 100 and they are perfect for my needs. The slides fit easily in the separate pockets and the pages fit right into the 3 ring binders. The white strip across the top of each page can be written on with a fine tip sharpie. Ball point pens smear. The pages are sturdy but not too thick.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Does what it says. Along with cheap 3 ring binders, this is a simple way to store a large slide collection converted to image files, but not ready for the garbage bin. Easy to get slides in and out of slots. With these, about 800 slides fit easily in a 3 binder. The white areas on these sheets designed for writing are a bit too glossy and writing smears easily. Unit price is good. Hard to find in Canada at any price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Getting Organized for Digitizing Like many others, we have an enormous supply of 35 mm slides, covering decades of life--travel, organizations, and family. We were wondering how best to organize the slides to share with others. These Archival pages work beautifully with our light table as we prepare to tell their stories. We put the slides in order so we can quickly digitize them with our desktop scanner. At the same time, we note where transitional images are needed (headers, fades and such) and make notes for those to be created in software. All that's needed now is to incorporate the narration and music!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible QC Out of the pack of 100, approximately 75 of the pages have serious flaws. Most of these flaws are badly fused top and bottom plastic layers on the bottom right slide pocket, meaning that each page only ends up holding 19 slides. Other flaws include misplaced plastic "welds" on the top strip that has the white info box, leading to it either falling off, or blocking the top openings of the top slide pockets. The extra heavyweight versions may be better, but it seems like the assembly and quality control on the heavyweight versions are severly lacking. Buyer beware!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Slide Archival Storage Medium With the number of good slide scanners coming out on the market, slides that formerly took up a lot of space in a Kodak Carousel slide tray can now be stored in these archival slide pages. Only seven sheets are needed to archive a full 140-slide tray in a much smaller space than the trays themselves, plus be stored away in notebooks for future reference. Some slides I had stored in the past in a series of polyethelene pages had stuck to the slides themselves (thankfully, without damage), so those were tossed and replaced with these non-polyethelene pages. About the only drawback comment I have is that the pages themselves seem a bit on the flimsy side, but I would rather have that than the slides sticking to the pages themselves. Many of us have hundreds/thousands of slides, so the 100-sheet pack of these archival pages hold 2,000 slides.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good storage solution Old standby for media storage. Heavy duty pages. Purchased several packages at different times. Print quality on information label seems to vary from batch to batch. Last batch was very faded. Last batch also seemed to have more material between the slide pockets making it more difficult to insert the slides. Keep an eye on the per unit cost on BH. Contrary to what you would think, buying larger quantities results in higher per page cost.
