Is this the same as the Nord EX stand? What are the heights for seated and standing?

Yes, the Nord Keyboard Stand EX and NSCL are the same item. The height of the stand is 25.6" (650mm). The photo shows the stand with the standard length feet and there are four extended feet that can be used instead of the standard feet. If you enlarge the photo you can see where the legs and feet separate. With the extended feet, the height of the stand is 29.5" (750mm).
