Doran 12 x 17" Ferrotype Plate (Bright Chrome)

A) are the (4) corners on the Doran plates 'rounded' or squared-off? ; B) are the (4) side-edges smoothed-off, or left slightly burred from the stamp-out process?? We recently purchased the Arkay Brand 12 x17 plates and were disappointed that the corners and burred side-edges could quite easily inflict a small puncture wound and/or cut to an un-gloved hand. We use these to do extremely smooth hot press-out of plastic pellets in our plant QC Lab, so they are handled frequently and without gloves. Our previous plates were from TESTRITE & no longer available. Look forward to feedback / comments. Thanks!
