Print File 080-0410 Overview

The CP-1 Contact Proofer from Print File is an accurate tool for contact printing on 8x10" and 8.5x11" photo paper.

A heavy-duty glass pressure plate holds the film down securely against the printing paper, which in turn, is held by a durable foam pad.

Seven strips of five frame 35mm film can be contacted on this proofer.

Film can be contact printed directly through the Print File Nega-File system without removing them from the plastic sleeve thus preventing potential damage to the emulsion. Suitable for use with 35mm, medium format, and large format negatives.

Can this contact proofer support 9.5x12 inches paper in order to print 6 negatives per row?
Asked by: greg m.
Yes, it will accommodate the larger 35mm printfile sleeves, such as the 6 negatives X 7 rows that I'm currently using. Wish they made that size sleeve with the contact print insert.
