The Comprehensive/Kramer CVG-719XL is a scan conversion device; it is able to accept analog and DVI video in various scan rates and resolutions and output a VGA type signal scaled to the resolution and scan rate of the user's choice. Audio is allowed to follow the input video through the conversion process. This unit was designed for multi-format presentation and display.

Switching
This unit has the ability to act as a presentation switcher; it will select one of 7 A/V input channels to output through the HD-15 connector and stereo outputs.
Audio Follow Video
Audio inputs will switch at the same time the corresponding video is selected.
Fade-Thru-Black
The video fades to black and then the new input fades from black for glitch-free and smooth switching. The output signal provides constant sync so the display never glitches.
Speaker Output
A built-in 5 watt RMS per channel audio amplifier with speaker output is offered for monitoring.
TBC
A built-in TBC offers video stability.
HDTV
The component inputs are designed to pass and process an analog HDTV signal.
