This is a dandy bug catcher, so much simpler and more effective than the cup-and-paper approach, and it's both fun and educational. Picks up the bug then let's you view it through the magnifier. Easy release of the captive when and where you need to. With children especially, it models a process for being nature-curious-and-friendly.

Great gift for my granddaughters. Very easy way to catch live insects, observe them carefully and then set them free.
