The Wireless-G Range Expander from Linksys is a stand-alone relay station that works to increase the coverage area of your wireless network. Simply place the repeater within the range of your wireless access point or router and it automatically works to bounce the wireless signals out. This is a great way to expand the coverage area of your wireless network and to help bring wi-fi access to any "dead spots" that you may have in your home.

The Wireless Range Expander acts as a repeater of data to help let your wi-fi network's physical coverage area expand. This can help you connect an area of your home with dead spots or one that is out of range of your existing network.
Plug and Play
For most installations the range expander is completely plug and play. Simply install it in an area where you have wi-fi coverage and it will relay signals from that point, expanding your coverage area. For networks that require special configuration, such as those protected by WEP or WPA security, plug the range expander into your computer's network port to perform web-based configuration before installing.
