The Korg GT120 Guitar & Bass Chromatic Tuner features a needle-type meter popular for its clear visibility and stable detection. The backlit LCD screen also shows the calibration setting, flat mode, note name, and the remaining battery life. Flat (b) and sharp (#) LEDs light to indicate pitch drift or perfect tuning, and are easily visible even on a dimly lit stage. In addition to Auto and Manual modes, the GT-120 supports five additional six-string guitar tunings (open E, A, D, G and DADGAD) and is ideal for tuning seven-string guitars and six-string basses. It also offers a flat tuning mode that can detect dropped pitches up to four semi-tones below standard pitch. A stand, located on the back allows convenient placement on an amp or other surface.
A built-in microphone is provided for tuning acoustic guitars and acoustic basses. The Korg GT-120 has 1/4" input and output jacks. It can operate for over 100 hours on two AAA batteries or can be powered by an optional AC adapter. A soft case is also included.
