Three discrete layers are combined in a tri-extrusion process. By sealing the colored layer between two microscopically thin layers of clear film, dye migration is minimized and effective life is extended.

An inexpensive way to make a Safelight for Seagull papers. It cuts nicely, and even color throught. Nice light transmissiblity too, so it is not quite as dark as you might be expecting for a 15 watt bulb to produce behind the Gel.
The filter was in excellent condition, and the transmission properties were spot on.
