Tiffen 6" (Unmounted) Hyper Star Effect Filter (Unmounted)

The 6" (Unmounted) Hyper Star Filter from Tiffen creates multiple points of light, or "stars," streaking outward from a central light source. It is great to use at weddings or other special events where a sense of mood, romance and effect are desired. Hyper Stars are best used with point light sources such as candles, matches, streetlights and similar venues.

Tiffen's ColorCore glass is produced through a process that entails permanently laminating the filter material in between two pieces of optical glass that are ground flat to tolerances of a ten-thousandth of an inch, then mounting them in precision aluminum rings.
