The D-Link DCS-3220 captures high quality images that can be viewed from virtually anywhere in the world simply by logging on to a standard Internet browser.
Included with the camera is D-Link's network management software, providing a host of functions not available using a standard Internet browser. Among other features, it allows material to be archived to a PC's hard drive over the network and supports the viewing of up to 16 cameras on a single screen.
It has another useful feature. Using an optional speaker together with the camera's built-in microphone, you can communicate from your PC station with a person who is at the camera's location. This makes it an invaluable tool for retail stores, factories, transportation hubs and other verbally dependent monitoring applications.
