question
How much surface area will the 16 oz. container coat? I have (12) 30x30 inch that I want to print on and I don't know how much to order.
You will get 1.5 square feet of coverage per ounce with this product. It is 16 ounces, which gives you 24 square feet. A 30x30 inch section is 6.25 Square Feet. You will only need to order a single can for this project.

What ISO should I have in consideration to make at least some aproximate measurements?
According to Rockland, "Unlike conventional black and white films, liquid emulsions are not panchromatic (sensitive to all colors) but only to blue light. If you are using the emulsion in a camera, put a piece of blue acetate (any shade is okay) in front your exposure meter. Once the exposure is calibrated, you can expose consistently from shot to shot, as you are measuring only blue light. To calibrate, start test exposures with a low ISO or ASA setting such as 1. Note that sensitivity may vary from batch to batch, represented by the date stamped on the box."

question
Does this B&W processing require a negative (reverse B&W) for media transmission like by an enlarger/projector photographic processing (developer/fixer)? Or, will it duplicate whatever your transmission media your using like a colored slide, etc.?
It should react to the projection, I have only done contact printing and use with an enlarger. Both uses work well for what I was doing. Worth the investment.

question
Is this black and white only?
Yes it is only for black and white processing. It is also very finicky, it will take a lot of trial and error so I highly recommend reading up on using liquid emulsion before attempting it.
