flimsy, shakes, not solid

I was going to mount two point&shoot cameras and lights. it shakes and wobbles. so if wobbling is a concern, this isn't the right bar. for lights and mics, i still wouldn't use it either. so it was a waste and I returned it. got the slik twin mounts instead.

We use extension bar to hold two of the Bescor LED lgihts on our video camera. It works great and has room to hold a wireless mic too.
