The AJA Io Breakout Box Mac Pro Turnkey System with Final Cut Studio 2 is custom built by B&H to take your creativity to the next level. Built around the Mac Pro desktop workstation, the system comes pre-installed with Apple's Final Cut Studio 2 editing suite.
The system features an AJA Io Breakout Box video capture device for 10-bit high-definition video capture. The card features analog and digital SDI video input and output at 10-bit color depth. It also supports analog video output at 12-bit color, making it an excellent choice for broadcast video.
The turnkey system is powered by the Mac Pro which is driven by an Intel Dual-Core Xeon 5100 CPU at 3.0 GHz, 4 GB RAM, nVIDIA GeForce 7300 GT graphics with 256 MB memory and 2 TB of internal disk storage spread across four 500 GB 7200 rpm SATA hard drives. An additional 2.5 TB of storage is added in the form of a MediaVault Dual-Channel SCSI Array by Ciprico, giving the computer a total 4.5 TB of storage capacity.
The system comes pre-installed with the Final Cut Studio 2 software suite, which includes the popular Final Cut Pro, Soundtrack Pro, Color, Motion, and DVD Studio Pro applications. Training discs for both Mac OS X and Final Cut Studio are included as well. A color-coded keyboard for use with Final Cut Pro is also included to make editing work go more smoothly.
