The OneTouch III Turbo Edition 1.5 TB External Hard Drive with RAID and 16 MB Buffer from Maxtor is a high-capacity drive with an interface that allows it to be connected via FireWire-800, FireWire-400 or USB 2.0 and a rotation speed of 7200 rpm.
The drive features Maxtor's simple OneTouch system which allows you to backup your data at the push of a button using the included Retrospect Express Backup software for your Macintosh computer. With sustained data transfer rates of 91 MB/sec using FireWire-800, 43 MB/sec using FireWire-400 and 33 MB/sec using USB 2.0, the drive is an excellent solution for video editing, high resolution imaging, data backup or general storage.
