The FC-4046 Multicoder Universal Analog Video Format Transcoder from Comprehensive/Kramer is a broadcast-quality high-performance universal video transcoder designed for use with analog video signals. It offers bi-directional format conversion of composite, S-video (Y/C), and RGB/component video (YUV, RGsB, or RGBS).
It is compatible with PAL, SECAM, and NTSC 3.58/4.43 standards. A number of controls allow you to manage parameters such as brightness, contrast, color saturation, and hue. It also includes a color bar generator. The unit is controlled via the front panel, which can be locked out for increased security. Memory in the unit is non-volatile. It features built-in rack ears and occupies 1U of rack space.
