Compact, rugged and versatile, the broad-throw Tota-light can be used with its umbrella or gel frame, and diffusion as a soft key light, fill light, or backlight. With its adjustable reflectors, it can be a smooth and even background light, or point it at the ceiling to raise the ambient (base) light level of a room. Tota-lights are also widely used for photographic copy work.

Is there a soft box that works with this product instead of using the umbrella?

I want to use this light for shooting a yoga video in a smallish space.
Do you think I could uses one lamp with an umbrella and bounce it off the ceiling and get good diffused light for shooting myself doing yoga?
Or would I need 2 lights?
Two lights would be better to provide a more even amount of coverage.

The Lowel Tota-Light Tungsten Flood Light (120-240 VAC) is ah hot light. The bulbs it uses get very hot. So the umbrella needs to with stand a lot of heat like the Lowel ones.
