Thew 6x7 carrier that came with my enlarger was not cutting it. It had a homemade glass insert with scratches that showed in prints. Finding a used one was not possible. Get a fresh and new carrier solves a lot of potential problems.

Works Great with the bessler 67 enlarger, and has a strong, sturdy build that feels secure in your hand. Holds 6x7 negative safely. The opening is a little smaller than the negative's area, but it works well.

Will this fit a Besseler Printmaker 35?
The Beseler folks say:"Yes, the 6742 Negative Carrier WILL fit the Printmaker 35. The negative stage area is the same for the PM35, PM67 & 67XL enlargers. Though it will fit, if the customer is looking for 6x7 format, they will have to select a lens that can accommodate that. The 75mm lens may not give one enough coverage". One could use a 90mm lens. Also the original condenser in the Printmaker 35 is for 35mm negatives, if one needs to work with 6x7 format , one will need to install the conversion kit for 6x7 format.

Would this fit an omega c700
This negative carrier is for use in Beseler enlargers. It won't work at all in an Omega. Negative carriers are only designed to function with their own brand.
