Easily manage your sound system within defined parameters with the Ashly WR-5, a wall-mounted, microprocessor-based serial-data remote control for Ashly amplifiers and processors equipped with a serial-data connector. Designed for seamless integration, it connects via a serial-data port and is programmed using Protea Software (Windows).
Up to four WR-5 units can be daisy-chained and DC-powered from one host, and even more can be added using an in-line power-supply adapter such as the Ashly RPS-18 (available separately).

Fully Programmable via Protea Software
Each of the six buttons can be assigned one of the following functions (if supported by the host device):
- Preset recall
- Preset scroll
- Gain control
- Channel engage/mute
- Zone source selection
- Logic output (active high/low)
- Matrix mixer
A green LED indicator next to each button provides clear visual feedback of active functions.
The two other buttons are used to adjust function parameters, indicated by the LED character display.
Fits Standard North American Wall Boxes
The WR-5 mounts in a standard US electrical wall box with a four-conductor low-gauge Euroblock connection to the host unit. A standard Decora plate (available separately) can be used for a clean, professional installation that satisfies the aesthetic needs of the installation.
