The Sennheiser MKE 44-P Microphone is a back-electret pre-polarized condenser microphone with two spring-loaded cardioid microphone capsules set 90-degrees for XY stereo applications. A light, robust, and easily handled microphone, even in outdoor use, it operates from either Phantom power (12-48V) or a single "AA" battery, which will provide ~1000 hours of opearation. It has a 2-position, low-frequency roll-off filter, and a transformerless balanced output on a XLR-5M connector.
