This very lightweight material, called Nitrolon®, makes the 8NX lighter than similar aluminum flashlights. The switching is tactically correct, with the momentary switch located at the back end of the body, while the constant on switch is activated by rotating the head of the flashlight. Recharging the 8NX battery can be accomplished in your car or from an AC wall outlet with a rapid two hour or less recharge time.
