SureFire SC1 Overview

The SureFire SC1 Spares Carrier is an impact resistant, watertight polymer container that provides storage for one spare lamp assembly and six 123A lithium batteries. The SC1 is an essential item for prepared individuals. This is the SC1 Spares Carrier only, the batteries & lamp are not included.

Applicable to the following lamp assemblies
P60, P61, P90, P91, R30, R60, MN01*, MN02*, MN03*, MA02
(* Due to their smaller size, Executive Series lamps do not fit snugly in the SC1. SureFire recommends that Executive Series lamps be surrounded with a user-supplied buffering material, such as plastic foam or cotton, to achieve a snug, rattle-free fit.)

Great Watertight Case for 123 Cells, with one caveat

I have purchased a number of these cases over the years. Now that all the lights I have are LEDs, I do not use the space for the space incan lamp in the center and it will not accommodate a 123 cell. The one caveat I have is that the case is a bit sensitive to the length of of the 123 cells and some versions that I have that are perhaps a bit longer than the non-rechargeable cells for which this case was designed (for example some cells I have with a built in USB charger) will not allow the case to be full screwed closed. The case still holds the cells, but you cannot bottom out the cap onto the base.

Now you know where the batteries are!

Now the batts. are secure and you wont have a stupid discharge incident either. Just a bit expensive for what you get, but it is a surefire thing on the quality front.
