Is cable all that is needed for off camera using A7R II and the HVL-F32M flash?
The short answer is no. If your flash had a Minolta-style hot shoe, I could recommend several combinations of adapters that you could use with the cord to get your flash off camera, but, alas, it doesn't. What you seem to need is Vello's off-camera cord for a Sony multi-interface shoe (B&H # VEOCSSMI3 MFR # OCS-SMI3). This should allow you to put your flash on a bracket and provide complete TTL connectivity.

Do you of any adaptors to place on the male end of Sony's FAEC1AM to convert this cable to a 3.5mm Cable end? Looking to take this wired into an HVL-F60M flash into the receiver in a trigger system since Sony's new ISO Universal Hot Shoe's center contact won't line up with universal ISO Hot Shoes (Sony's center contact really isn't centered) making use of most radio trigger systems impossible with the new Sony flashes. Shooting with the Sony A7.
The Flash unit that I have is an older one (HVL-F58AM). The male end on the FA-MC1AM fits in fine to my older Flash unit. I do not know if Sony change the connection fitting on your HVL-F60M FLASH UNIT.

Will this work for the a6000 and the Sony FA-CS1M ext shoe to get my HVL-F43M off the camera to hand held, please?
Hello. For the HVL-F43M flash, you need two Multi Interface Shoe, FA-CS1M, and one FA-MC1AM cable. Use the FA-EC1AM cable to extend the length if you need more reach. Not easy to figure this out. Good luck.
