The Panasonic MRX8485 is a component of the 880 Series security system. Is an inexpensive 4-channel device capable of sending or receiving FM video over an 850 or 1300 nm fiber-optic connection.
The MRX8485 is camera transparent and requires no field adjustments or further maintenance. Additionally, Panasonic 500 Series modulators/demodulators can be added to a 880 Series system by way of two sub-carriers.
