Mbox 2 Factory Bundle Overview

Mbox 2 Factory Bundle is a full-featured, USB-powered studio-in-a-box that works with Window XP or Mac OS X and provides a compact, portable, professional-quality audio production system. With a distinctive hardware interface that delivers exceptional sound quality, the interface works in conjunction with the computer and Pro Tools LE software to provide the creative power needed to achieve professional results.

Complementing the hardware interface's analog, digital and MIDI I/O, Pro Tools LE software offers 32 tracks of simultaneous recording and playback, 128 virtual tracks, 256 MIDI tracks and a host of additional features. The Mbox 2 Factory Bundle also ships with the Pro Tools Ignition Pack, an array of added composition and production tools that extends the power of the system, plus a set of Digidesign and Bomb Factory plug-ins that are exclusive to the Factory Bundle with an iLok USB Smart Key that has the plug-ins preauthorized.

The Factory Bundle plug-ins consist of Bomb Factory's moogerfooger Analog Delay, JOEMEEK SC Photo Optical Compressor and VC5 Meequalizer, Cosmonaut Voice and Digidesign Maxim.

Systems purchased on or after October 3rd 2008 and all current purchasers are eligible to receive a free upgrade to Pro Tools LE 8 when it becomes available.

An easy-to-use studio package providing a virtual rack of MIDI-based innovative synthesizers, samplers, drum machines, effects, and more. All audio from Reason Adapted can be streamed directly into the Pro Tools mixer via ReWire for additional processing within Pro Tools.
Ableton Live Lite 4 Digidesign Edition
Enables one to compose, record, remix, improvise and edit musical ideas easily with its intuitive sampler/sequencing functionality. Live's "elastic audio" sequencing modifies loops in real time, allowing for dropping multiple loops into a song regardless of their pitch or tempo. Individual outputs in Live Lite 4 can be streamed directly into the Pro Tools mixer through ReWire.
FXpansion BFD Lite
Puts a full drum studio right within the Pro Tools environment. BFD Lite includes three meticulously recorded drum kits along with additional individual samples, all produced in pristine fidelity with multiple velocity layers.
IK Multimedia SampleTank 2 SE
A streamlined, easy-to-use sample playback module that provides quick access to a wide-range of sounds. The plug-in includes a variety of samples and instruments and features powerful new synth/sample engines, high-quality built-in effects, and much more.
IK Multimedia AmpliTube LE
A flexible guitar amp, cabinet and effects-modeling plug-in with a variety of amp and cabinet models, classic stomp boxes and other effects to choose from. Though AmpliTube LE sounds great on guitar it can be used on nearly anything, from vocals to drum tracks.
IK Multimedia T-RackS EQ
Borrowed from the acclaimed T-RackS analog mastering suite, T-RackS EQ is a warm-sounding tube-modeled parametric EQ that can be used for mixing and mastering.
Celemony Melodyne Uno Essential
Enables one to tune mono audio tracks, edit the timing of melodic lines, or completely rearrange parts through an intuitive user interface.
